~ ACCESSIBLE ~
Clunky Chair Yoga Class
This clunky yoga class provides an accessible option for bodies not able to easily get up from and down to the floor. It helps to offset the daily aches from aging, injuries, and surgeries with full body work for mobility, strength, balance, stability, and coordination. You’ll need a sturdy chair, a yoga mat, and a dishtowel or strap.

Slow Flow Yoga Class
This practice is designed to meet you exactly where you are today, offering plenty of variations and cues along the way to suit your unique needs. It combines floor work and standing poses with a focus on breath and alignment, to create a space where you can give your body the grace it deserves, keeping transitions between the floor and standing to a minimum.
~ ALIGNMENT-BASED ~
Clunky Hatha Yoga Class
This clunky yoga class explores the body in full mat asana experience, with mindful, alignment-based movement, to grow into strength, stability, and mobility with curiosity, compassion, and kindness. It is for bodies able to get down and up from the floor, perhaps with a prop. A yoga mat is needed for class, while a blanket, two blocks, and a strap for class are strongly recommended.

“Yours is the best”
“I am participating in both chair yoga and gentle hatha yoga. I really got a great benefit and enjoyed both classes. I have tried almost all of the other online classes through AARP as well as others and yours is the best. I know many others benefit from your classes.”

“Thank you so much for the great workshop!”
“I really enjoyed it. The most important thing about Yoga, for me, has always been alignment. I think that the greatest benefits come when I am doing the poses correctly and it is always surprising how much work and attention goes into even the poses that look the simplest. So, I really enjoyed the workshop and I learned a lot and got lots of good tips. I appreciate having access to all your knowledge and experience – you are pros!”
