Biomechanics Session
Private, custom sessions provide an effective way to help your body, to boost your physical recovery, improve your mobility, and increase your strength. Through personalized sessions, we work with you directly, based on what’s happening in your body, and what you want to work toward doing. Sessions occur by video conference, in the convenience of your space, so you can create the lifestyle movements using your home equipment.

Sessions occur by video conference, in the convenience of your space, so you can create the lifestyle movements using your home equipment. You will need to use your video camera, to allow us to see you and what’s happening in your body. We partner with you to create an atmosphere of trust, acceptance, nonjudgment, and support. We help you to feel your edges and soothe your sore spots. Together, we will discover the approaches and methods that work for you.

Sonya’s expertise is adaptive biomechanics to boost your physical recovery, improve your mobility, and increase your strength. Her body work is physical movement based in pain science and functional fitness constructs to heal and improve your body’s strength, endurance, and range of motion. She will work with you to assist your body in its current state, to reduce pain sensations, to move more easily, to feel better, to sleep better. Amber's yoga and mindfulness online mentoring sessions invite you to see the world and yourself in a different light. These lighthearted sessions encompass movement (depending on what you need), breathwork, meditation, and more to invite unlimited curiosity, compassion, and a wealth of wellness into your world. Her approach to teaching on and off the mat will encourage your awareness of body, mind, and spirit to grow in a fun and effective way that is as unique as you are!
